You will then be able to select the appropriate award, fill out the necessary forms, attach the required documents, and request letters of references, if applicable. The Governor General's History Awards for Excellence in Teaching
The Teaching Award strives to recognize excellence in the teaching of Canadian history, to inspire teachers and schools to strive for excellence in Canadian history education, and to promote and facilitate the sharing of best practices and innovative teaching ideas within Canada’s teaching community.
